Tried to reschedule a 6 month cleaning after I had to cancel the original appointment due to emergency. Denied me a new appointment for this year. I have been using them over 10 years and scheduling every 6 month cleaning. Obviously has too many patients to give adequate care. Unfortunately I have to find a new dentist because of this

Don't waste your time setting on appointment here. In May I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance and Stevens Dentistry staff called a day before to cancel "due to Dr not being in that day", so while a bit upsetting I said ok,, but to do the same thing and canceling my wife's appointment today is too much! Her appointment was for 8am and she gets a call at 7:51am with the same excuse????!!!!! As a family man and wife, it is sometimes difficult to schedule a day off or time off from work to coordinate a time to see a NEW dentist. We feel we should let everyone know, we are beyond disappointed while trying to give a local dentist our business, since just moving into Crosby.

When I came in to first make an appointment for a tooth extraction, I had noticed a staff member with a gnarly cough and neither her nor ANY of the other staff around her were wearing a mask. I brushed it off, I mean, surely they at least wouldn't allow her to work on a patient, right? In the middle of a pandemic? Well, they did just that. They allowed that very same person to assist the dentist during my tooth extraction a week later. I confirmed it was her when she once again let out a cough so disgusting that I could hear the mucus rattling in the back of her throat right in the middle of my tooth extraction. Y'know, an operation where she'd be physically touching my mouth hole? The dentist was unphased. Like that was perfectly normal. That wouldn't be normal even outside of a pandemic. And now, a few days later, what do you know? I've got a scratchy throat and a congested nose. Sure hope it's not coronavirus! Not that these people would care at all. Thanks a lot.
