Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Came in for an annual check up for my son and wanted to sign the doctor's waiver to waive the panoramic Xrays for my child (excessive exposure to radiation in my opinion) but they refused. Why include it in your customer documents and then refuse to honor your own waiver/paperwork? I felt that the insistence to take the extra xray may have been about taking money from the insurance. I had come in previously (twice) and was allowed to sign their waiver and therefore not take the pano. The new doctor made me wait a long time before he saw me and was pretty surly and rude. They also charge for an out of pocket mask fee! I will be taking my family and business elsewhere.

Dr. Payne is my favorite dentist ever! The care provided by the entire staff is considerate, friendly and professional. Dr Payne & his office workers are such great people to begin with & are like family to me. They have been vigilant & complied with all covid 19 protocol. I recommend Dr Payne to everyone that ask when I tell them about my dental implants. It was a long process but the dr & his staff have been supportive & with me from start to finish. I was never made to feel like I was a bother to them. I have never been happier with my new smile, Best thing I have ever done for myself.
