It's been a couple years since the extensive care. Just as I was enjoying the 90 minute drive from home I was told that Dr "Shaker" was moving to a different location. I'm sad because she was amazingly friendly and skilled but very professional at the same time.

Awful this lady was going to pull my back tooth wich was abscess and my gave was swollen and i was in pain ..waited literally hours than she comes back in this horrid run down looking office and cannot numb me without hitting the nerve..npt once but twice ..no apology or anything she acted offended that i stopped her from shocking me a 3rd time ..smh left went somewhere else the only reason i left a star at all is bc it was mandatory to leave this info.in hopes it will save someone else the horrible experience

Called and made appt. went in at 8am, finally showed up at front desk at 8:30, called us back at 9am and then at 10 dentist popped in and said she didn’t think we trusted her, because I voiced our concern over the lengthy appt with all the people trying to get us to do other things while waiting for dentist. At that point we had full mouth xrays and a hygienist had came in and was counseling on flossing. This place is a joke, parking lot full of cigarettes and trash. Then a foreign doctor walks in and thinks she can talk to disrespectful to us while waiting 2 hours. I’m contacting insurance company as well. Hopefully they cannot stop payment for no services rendered. Again. This is a warning. They prey on people that need dental help fast which is not in their plan. Standard of care and ethics is not practiced here.
