I was billed for services that were not provided, assistant was great, He Talked to the assistant about me like I was livestock. Equipment was outdated by probably 20 years Had a very grandiose attitude. Gave a very poor assessment. I felt like I was in a horror movie it was the scariest experience by a long shot. I could not run out of his office to another dentist's office THAT WAS WAY BETTER fast enough. Could not do the simple work and had to make a referral for the same work the other dentist who completed the job correctly the next day without TAKING UNECESSARY TEETH FOR BILLING PURPOSES. Recommended extracting 1-year crown work done by top Prosthodontics in Atlanta. The dentist I went to the next day Had way better equipment was much more professional, and had way better communication skills, and provided a much better service.

Today I went in for my 6 month teeth cleaning and walked out before the cleaning. I was told I had to have more X-rays before my cleaning and I said “no thank you” I explained that I had X-rays at his office 6 months ago and was told the dentist requires X-rays every 6 months but she only needed X-rays of my front teeth this time ?!?!I told the hygienist my insurance didn’t cover the type of X-rays they use and I had to cover $ 120 out of pocket for these X-rays when I visited 6 months ago. I had previously been disappointed with this office staff, the dentist and waiting an hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and resisted writing this review but this was too much today! After telling the hygienist that I would not be getting X-rays or my teeth cleaned she said I should talk to the office manage. I was told the office manager was gone for the day. A rude office staff member rolled her eyes and told me to be respectful when I asked why more X-rays. Will not be back.

I had been going to this dentist office for years and received good service. In the past few years the doctors wife took over as office manager and the office represents unprofessionalism from her. The office has a big turn over with new employees and they are complaining about the office manager. When you get work done like a crown that only last two months and it comes off and you have to go back for repairs, they are lying about certain dental work you have had done. submitting claims for things your insurance does not cover. The office manager tried to insult my intelligence. Just horrible. I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Litvak is the best Dentist in town. I have been a patient of his for many years. He explains things in simple terms, and is honest. He also has a great staff. I never thought that I would actually enjoy going to see the dentist! I highly recommend.

The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. Dr.Litwak is a great communicator.

Office is clean,staff is friendly and efficient. Are willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. Pleasant experience would recommend. Dr. Asst. is exceptional.

I've been going to Dr Litvak for 10 years now, and every visit has been a totally positive experience. The front desk ladies are always welcoming and friendly, and I've never had to wait in the waiting for more than five minutes. The hygienists are always set up and ready to go. Morgan did my xrays and cleaning yesterday, and she's a rock star. She's very personable, and also very good at what she does. She paid attention to all of the little details from making sure I was comfortable in the chair (due to my bad neck) to covering my shirt with a towel when she had to use the cavitron. My teeth look and feel great and I can tell there's not a speck of plaque left. She also answered some questions I had about how bad dental health can affect your overall health. I have a family member who has very bad teeth, and likely gum disease, but they won't go to a dentist, so I asked her what she learned in school about how bad teeth and gums can affect the rest of your body. This office is great

I have been a patient of Dr. Litvak since I was a kid, now I am a parent with a child of my own and plan on bringing him to see Dr. Litvak when he is of age. From check-in to check-out, I have always had a wonderful experience. The young ladies that sit at the front counter always greet you with a smile, they can help explain coverage or in-house dental plans that they currently offer. Every dental hygienist I have seen has been gentle and thorough, also kind and friendly so you don’t get the nervous or anxious feeling waiting for the doctor to come in. Dr. Litvak himself is one of a kind. He is so friendly, funny, and has always been aware of your comfort when performing any exams or procedures, reminding me to just motion if I feel any pain. I truly feel that he cares about your well-being and health as his patient. I can’t say enough about Dr. Litvak and his clinic!

I was fortunate that they could see me and remove a tooth. The staff was amazing as well! I now have a dental plan moving forward.

Dr. Litvak and his staff are the Best !!! Everything was explained to me and they made me feel very comfortable with their answers to the questions I had about my treatment plan.

I went to my appointment to have a tooth, pulled and was very nervous on that day, wondering if it was going to hurt. Dr. Litvak along with his assistant were very thorough and helpful making sure I was comfortable during my procedure. No worries ! My procedure went well, and I left feeling well taken care of pre-Procedure and post-Procedure. Dr. Litvak and his staff are always courteous and attentive to the patient’s needs and I feel like my needs were met that day as they are always when I visit thank you, Brenda Allison .

Laura, the Dental Hygienist was very patient & concerned about an injury I have. She discussed it with the doctor and he prescribed an antibiotic for my injury & upcoming tooth extraction & bridge work.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Litvak. It was a very good experience. Everyone was polite friendly and professional. They really took their time to explain things to me and ensure that I was comfortable during my treatment. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Dr. Litvak to anyone, his staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had a cleaning, exam and x-rays done, this was by far the best experience I've had at a dental office, my hygienist was very gentle and took her time and did an excellent job, This is the first time my teeth felt very clean.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my new patient appointment. 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was still waiting. No one advised me of a delay. Walked to the receptionist's desk and advised that I had been waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time and that I had made the wrong choice in choosing Dr. Litvak's office and left. The receptionist's response was "we were just getting ready to bring you back". First impressions are everything.

2016 fillings: one of the assistants hit me in the face with a light that was cracked and yellowed it was so old. Was numbed and left to sit for quite a while. Litvak spoke of root canals before even seeing my x-rays, which was not needed. My front teeth were buffed and a resin filling fell out the same week. Several of my front teeth were filled from behind, and now one of those are crumbling as if this work weakened the tooth's structure. Having his work reviewed and repaired this month.
