Dr. Terry Richmond, DDS

Dr Richmond did two crowns for me. One was a completely different color than the rest of my teeth! I unfortunately went back for a second crown due to an emergency and the way he prepared it was completely incorrect! He had cement down in my gum area and the tooth has never healed. I had to have the crown removed and another dentist repair it correctly for me. I had to pay again for Dr Richmond’s work to be fixed!

The whole staff was very friendly and efficient. They were expert in the treatments I had done. After the first appointment following appointments were scheduled in less than 2 weeks so I could get my treatment rolling quickly. I highly recommend

Dr. Richmond is not only effective, efficient and professional, but has a magnificent manner of communicating with patients. His staff is delightful and always willing to work with a difficult schedule. I've had poor dental work done in the past and it had caused me difficulties for years prior to my first visiting Dr. Richmond, and he was able to fix my issues beyond what i could've asked for. He's always very attentive and great at understanding my less than scientific explanations, and always makes time to discuss what needs to be done in very understandable terms.

Very dissatisfied with the poor quality/outcome of 8 unit bridge and other work. The bridge broke after 9 months at a cost of thousands of dollars. He also wanted to perform an extraction and another crown. I went to 2 local dentists for a consultation and both disagreed with his findings. Both said they would have guaranteed there work, and recommended against the other 2 procedures. Not Terry Richmond - he wanted a fix at my expense that would lead to a section of the bridge to fail.

Alicia in the front office works patiently to make appointments work for patients. Entire staff is courteous, friendly, helpful, and informative. Dr. Richmond takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He seems to have a network of colleagues with whom he works to provide the most appropriate care needed when everything cannot be accomplished in his office. He is very acccommodating and available when after hours needs arise.
