Dr. Mark Wiygul, DDS

First the father then the son. I have been going to the Wiyguls almost my entire life or at least for as long as I can remember. I am 72 years old and, except for 'wisdom' molars, I have all my teeth. I can offer no better recommendation.

The office representative Angel has horrible customer service and a terrible attitude. My family and I have been going to Phillip Wiygul for over 15 years. I did to use Mark Wiygul for cleaning and crowns. However, my implant was done by another oral surgeon and the entire procedure was not done properly. Dr. Mark Wiygul and the order surgeon promise to redo the work. Now, this is after paying for both surgeons over $6000 for 4 implants and (out of pocket) crowns. I owe Dr. Mark Wiygul a $1017.00 balance. Which I paid them on time faithfully. Now, they are trying to sue me after I refused to pay until the work is done. When I tried to call to clarify the work will be done after I pay them, Angel makes it seems like she is doing the work. She is only the office manager. The system they use is antiquated everything is on paper, no new technology at all. I am not sure if I owe anything, because they are use handwritten records. Please use someone else as an oral surgeon. will not

I needed to find a new dentist and was recommended to Dr. Wiygul. I cannot imagine a more pleasant visit. His manner puts patients at ease immediately, and he is respectful and ready to explain everything. His dental hygienist is top notch and did an excellent job on my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Wiygul if you are trying to find a dentist in Memphis. He is the best.

He had no patience for a 90 year old friend and said we were rude and told us to leave only because we called him out on ignoring her complaints. Her dentures were making sores in her mouth and she’s been unable to eat a lot of her favorite foods. She paid for her teeth up front and went several times to get him to adjust and every time she went he charged her for that visit When she told him she thought that wasn’t right he was done with her and walked out while she was talking. He came back and told us to leave giving her a referral to someone else. She started crying and asking why he was throwing us out She wanted to apologize to him but the nurse said his door was closed and she couldn’t disturb him She’s such a good person that she wanted to apologize to him !! He should be ashamed . What if that was him mom or grandma ! Anyways her teeth still don’t fit and that’s just not right of him.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT DR WIYGUL'S OFFICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. VERY FRIENDLY AND OUT GOING STAFF. LOVE THEM ALL.

I have been seeing Dr. Mark for many years and can't imagine seeing anyone else. He is very professional, kind, and considerate to and of his patients. I use to be afraid of dentist but Dr. Mark helped get over that with him. His staff is outstanding as well.

Met Dr Wiygul through his Father, Dr Jim Wiygul many years ago. There was never a thought of going to anyone else when Jim died years ago. Same integrity, kindness and sympathy-always concerned with patients comfort! Highly recommend!

I always enjoy going to visit Dr. Wiygul and his staff! His hygienist is so sweet and I always look forward to my 6 month checkups with her. Any time I have had work done Dr. Wiygul is very gentle and all of his work looks and feels great! He has a great assistant who helps put me at ease when I'm in his chair! The office staff will even check on me after dental procedures! Great office!!

He is a very rude dentist, I called him to talk to him about my mother's tooth because she has dementia and he went off on me and hung up. He also was phoning in pain meds to her, .... he will never get our business again.

Kept me awake for wisdom tooth extraction. Should have referred me to an oral surgeon- but he is very greedy!
