Patient 33 years
I have been Dr. Koch's patient for 33 years. A few days ago she did a root canal on the spot because she new I was in pain. She didn't reschedule or postpone it. She started it right then and there. It was a success and I am no longer in pain. Also, the hygienist let me borrow her ear buds so I could listen to music and drown out the drilling. I highly recommend Dr. Koch and her colleagues.

Incorrect insurance information given to patients by the front office can cost you a lot. Even when they admit the fault is THEIRS because of an incorrect computer entry, you will be the one to pay for THEIR mistake.

I recently met Dr. Koch when I went in for an emergency appointment for a toothache. The staff was very accommodating and got me in quickly. Dr. Koch did amazing work with the root canal I needed and I was out of pain! Definitely got rid of all dental phobia I have had for years. So glad I have a dentist that I can trust the skill of their work and not be nervous of the outcome! Thanks again Dr. Koch!

This office is great! The Doctors are all great as well as the staff. I'm very happy with Dr Koch. She really sees the big picture and helped me understand the best treatment for me. Very comfortable office!

Dr. Koch is the best dentist I have seen since moving to the Atlanta area. She is very friendly and gentle in all procedures she has done for me within the last couple of years. I would highly recommend anyone seeing Dr. Koch and her wonderful staff at Dentistry for Midtown!

We were customers for 6 plus years and never had an issue until this last year. We were treated like they didn't even know us. We called and asked if we could be 10 minutes late for our 3 kids appointments do to school ride issues and they said no and that they would charge us 50 dollars per kid and we would be canceled. I understood there reasoning but 2 different people who I talked to at the office were very rude and they could have handled it a lot better. When I had a root canal they us
