Dr. Patel is all about the money
I seen Dr. McClain from ages 13-42 years old. Since he left this place has gone down hill. All Dr. Patel cares about is money. She is constantly trying to sell you stuff that you don’t need or that the insurance will not pay. She says things that are opposite of from what Dr. McClain said just to sell you stuff. Their office is over booked. They cancel appointments on the fly. It’s December and they canceled my appointment a couple days before and then they said they didn’t have another one till July. Almost the entire staff has left this place since Dr. McClain left. Dr Patel will try to milk as much money from you as possible. She put used permanent glue on my mother’s temporary crown. It was like torture for her to get it off. She also messed up my wife’s crown three times. They constantly undercharged you or overcharge you. I have Delta dental which they are a preferred provider, but they still don’t know how much stuff cost.

I feel like I'm at a used car lot when I go in for a cleaning they want you to buy all these extra services, fluoride treatment, some kind of throat cancer check, Whiteing treatment, etc. also they charged me 100 dollars for a para Dontel cleaning and NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNTILL I WENT TO CHECK OUT. Dr. Mclain is now gone and so am I after going there for over 30 years.

I was sent some with a painful crown
I came in for a broken tooth and ended up needing a crown. My tooth was shaped for a temporary crown and when it came off within two hours, I was told not to worry about it, but my tooth was very sensitive and sore for the two weeks I waited for my Permanent crown. When it was fitted I mentioned it not feeling right (also really hurts from being exposed so long), but was sent home and in pain, unable to chew, and not seen for another 4 days (there was a weekend). When I called to set up the appointment, they said they were booked our at least a week. Who lets their patients stay in pain for so long? Much of my complaint is for the hygienists that worked on me. I can tell Dr. Patel is stretched thin.
