Told we were in network and our dental work was 100% covered only to discover afterwards that they misinformed us about being in network and gave us a massive dental bill! BEWARE of this bait and switch billing scam!

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and exam. Kristen Moore did the exam and left me with her assistant Angel. Angel said I was done and to go up front. When I asked about the cleaning, she said the hygienist isn't here today and is only here once a week and I will have to schedule a cleaning appointment for another day. When I asked the person (Kenesha - I apologize if the spelling is wrong) who made the cleaning/exam appointment about it, she said she didn't make a cleaning appointment. I remember asking for it and wasn't told it wouldn't be done that day. Also, I was told I need a cleaning my insurance doesn't cover and I wanted to think about it before doing it. I also didn't sign anything saying I would. Later in the week, I got a call to confirm the cleaning appointment I didn't make. Please BE CAREFUL with this office.

I take each of my kids to Dr. Moore. The staff is so friendly. She is gentle, and is able to relate to the kids and calm them when needed.

It was fine and painless

The staff was ok, a bit bumpy road getting started with paperwork and insurance... no insurance, no visit! I guess they were doing their job. Dr. Moore was nice, quick conv to setup treatment. Then came my issue, they wanted me to pay out of pocket for additional services instead of using my FSA account. I just don't like that system and/or mentality that the obly important thing is how much cash you carry around. FSA's are used to pay for these expenses and should be accepted. I just left the office because they refused to treat me, aka do my cleaning and take my measurements for a night guard. Best of luck to all and wish your experience is different than mine.

My daughter loves to see Dr. Moore! She's made going to the dentist a positive experience. The staff is also great. A great choice!
