Wow! I can’t say enough about the experience I had at this practice. I have SEVERE dental anxiety (that’s putting it mildly). I went to office for a chipped/decayed tooth and significant dental decay, was in severe pain and literally shaking from anxiety. Everyone from the minute I walked in was understanding, compassionate and went truly above and beyond to put me at ease. Elise was so patient and kind to me, I can’t say enough about her patience and reassurance. There was no judgment or feeling of shame. Dr. Hutchins was so nice and understanding. Unfortunately, due to other medical issues, nitrous oxide was not an option for me at this office. But the bad tooth needed to be extracted and they set me up with an oral surgeon. As a RN with over 30yrs experience, this is the patient customer service you’d want everyone to receive. Again, the entire staff went above and beyond to try to help me. Danielle, Nicole and Elise were outstanding! I’d recommend this practice to anyone!
