I was a patient of Dr Hazenfield for over 10 years until he and one if the other dentists within the practice screwed up a crown on one of my front teeth. Over the course of 5 months I had two temp crowns fall out, one permanent fail and a second one simply fall out. The worst part of the whole deal was the poor information I was given by both dentists. Thankfully I’ve found competent care elsewhere.
