Horrible patient and customer service. Staff treats people like sources of income, not as patients. Saw the doctors only once or twice in the course of over 4 years of treatment. Staff did not explain medical terms properly, resulting in confusion. Once I was given some other patient’s dental mold in my care package having to make an extra trip to return it. Would not recommend their services, but hope they improve for the sake of their patients.

My first visit and Dr. Pickering and his staff were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Pickering answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed or embarrassed about asking questions. I am 61 and getting braces for the first time. I feel completely comfortable with his recommendation so I am ready to get started!
