Caring and Gentle
I recently cracked a molar and had to get a crown. Dr. Rickoff and her team did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease during both appointments. Everything they were doing was explained thoroughly at the time and their chief concern was that I was pain free and knew what was was going on. The entire office staff is professional and caring. I feel blessed to be a patient!

Staff and Hygienist were horrible
Staff was rude, didn't care about my concerns. Felt entirely like I was just moving through an assembly line. They were haranguing me about what was mostly a cosmetic issue and then afterwards, never followed up with the estimate I requested. Would never go back...

Excepcional care
Dr Rickoff is the best dentist I have had in my many years. She is caring and very knowledgeable in her field. Her staff is very professional and accommodating. They took care of me right away when I had an emergency. The equipment a the office is state of the art. I am so happy to be their patient! Thank you.

Dr. Rickoff is very conscientious, and for someone needing lots of dental work in her future, I am so grateful! The staff is friendly and equally conscientious! I’m very pleased and confident with the care I’ve received! I highly recommend her!!!
