Dr. Harry Joseph, DDS

The front desk staff was awesome! Very friendly and very helpful. When Dr. Joseph appeared, I expected the same. However, it was quite the opposite. Dr. Joseph may have been tired, because it was the end of the day, he was not friendly or personable at all. I would even say was cold, and arrogant! He didn't want to be asked about options. It seemed he felt you were questioning his credentials rather than trying to figure out, 1st what was best for me, 2nd what was affordable and 3rd what to expect during the process. When I asked him a question, he literally threw his hands in the air and told me to tell 'Him' what to do!!! I asked him if he felt I was arguing with him or being disrespectful. He seemed to calm after that. He then referred me to an out of network periodontist and didn't even tell me. That office called and told me they didn't accept my insurance and it would be $300. I had to find my own in network Dr and take it all on by myself after that! He's very arrogant!!!
