I am extremely thankful that I was referred to Dr. Van Slate! My initial appointment with him was to consult about work I needed to restore and cosmetically improve my smile. His recommendation was thorough, knowledgeable, and exactly what I was hoping for. He took the time to explain everything to me, and he was not rushed. I have 100% confidence in him for all of my dental needs from now on.I love the atmosphere in his office. His staff are all welcoming and friendly.Dr. Van Slate is now my permanent dentist, and I couldn’t be happier!

Great Doctor great staff!!
As a family of 3 we visit Dr. Van Slate's office at least twice a year for checkups. As usual everything always goes really smooth, they are great on following up before and after the visit and they are truly diligent and excellent professionals that really care for you as a patient. The doctor and his staff are super cordial and they take the time they need to provide a great service! I've been a patient of his for over 10 years and even though I no longer live around the area, I will take the trip there when I need.

Another totally painless visit, except for the price. The office staff is friendly and efficient. They use the latest equipment and Dr. Van Slate is one of the good guys who cares about you. I have been seeing him for over 30 years and have no plans to change.

Awful. Jon has a good personality and seems trustworthy, but recommended unnecessary crowns and dental work to pad his pocket. After he replaced my crowns (his original crowns) and placed crowns in two of my teenagers' mouths, he claimed my child had seven cavities. We went for a second opinion..."0" cavities. The second dentist literally said, "Jon is what gives dentists a bad name". I was also told that the my crowns and my children's crowns were unnecessary, poorly done and need to be replaced. I gave him one star because it was required for the review.
