They required a mask. I cannot wear one so I asked if I could fill the paperwork outside. They said no and wanted to know why I couldn't wear the mask. I have a panic disorder and they were very cocky, mean and rude and said they wouldn't see me with the panic attack. I have reported them.

Picking a dentist from a list is always a shot in the dark. This was one of the most horrible decisions I ever made! The office staff is not friendly at all. The girl who did my xrays hit my face hard multiple times with the machine and didn’t even apologize. She barely said a word to me actually. She was very rough when moving the stuff around. The dentist isn’t very friendly either. She also yelled out my treatment plan for all to hear. Which to some may feel like it’s not a big deal but I think it’s very rude and unprofessional. The office is very dirty and outdated. There was dust all over the figurines she had sitting on a ledge in the room I was brought to. I would never return nor would I recommend this dentist to anyone! If you value your privacy and cleanliness, do not go!

From moment i called to end of first appointment, Dr. Talbot and her staff go above and beyond. These previous reviews must be her competition because my experience and my family's have been 5 stars across the board. Wish i could give more. Thank you to you and your staff.

It was agreed when I booked my filling that my insurance covered the filling, and there would be no cost..Until the end...when they insisted on $110. payment from me. Attempted to show the proof that my insurance would pay, but she said she "didn't want to see it." This, after being called in 1 hour late from the waiting room with no apology. Rude, and very disrespectful. Avoid like the plague.

I had a bad experience years ago and she had illeviated that fear. I can smile with confidence. 5 starts isn't enough for this lady and her staff. I know nothing about insurance and not only did everything for me they took their time to educate me. Thank you doctor.

Very very unprofessional. I called a couple days before to make an appointment for my husband and explained we would be new patients. When we arrived they did not have our appointment and then told us we had to call the insurance company for her. Then once we got through that drama, he decided that he needed to have the tooth pulled and the assistant invited us BOTH back there and once I sat down some very rude lady cleaning someone else’s teeth yelled ONLY PATIENTS are aloud back here! HORRIBLE

Neither me nor my family will be utilizing her services. I waited 45 minutes to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was in and out of the office taking care of other patients and assisting the office instead of focusing on my appointment.

The dental hygienist cut my gum while flossing my teeth (the pain was undeniable) and then blamed me for the bleeding it caused. There is no other profession that cuts you and then yells at you for bleeding from the cut area. No amount of flossing at home will stop me from bleeding if you cut me. Sorry to burst your bubble.
There are always new staff members, so you never know who will be working in the office or cleaning your teeth.
