Dr. Charles Hine, DDS

I was coming from out of town, and got lost. Dr. Hines’ Staff talk me there and were so respectful and kind. Needless to say, I was late for my appointment, but no worries. They treated me so professionally, yet personally. They put me right at ease, and took great care of my reasons for being there. I haven’t been treated with such awesome customer care and concerned, well I can’t remember when. Thank YOU so much. I’m actually looking forward to returning to a dentist office for the first time ever.

Overall experience was amazing. Professional, caring and gentle.

What Ms. Qualls said...I do write reviews however, and this warranted a five star. The procedures for safety of staff and patients during this pandemic are meticulous and reassuring. Dr. HIne gave me a detailed assessment complete with a diagram he drew for me explaining what was going on. The options available to me were also explained as to the pros and cons of each. He listened to my (many) questions and answered each in detail.

He is very knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, offers reassurance, and explains his process. The facility is clean and very modern. Staff are friendly and polite. I never write reviews but I knew when I left the office it was necessary to express my gratitude. He did a very thorough job and I have no pain or swelling. Highly recommend his services.
