Dr. Jeremy Jones, DMD

My wife and I've been coming here consistently for the past three years. When we started off with this practice, we were very happy with the service. Amongst 3 regular visits a year between both of us and several other expensive procedures, we’ve spent a lot of money. But as the practice has gotten busy, customer service has dropped consistently. There’s so much miscommunication about scheduling, procedures that it’s beyond frustrating. And, even for existing patients, they are booked months in advance even for their own misdoings. We are starting to look for another dental practice as of today and as this practice gets bigger and busy, I’m sure many other patients will feel the same.

I’ve already left a google and fb review but I’ll leave one here too! The whole office is amazing! Literally from start to finish..best dental experience by far. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr Jones and his staff are amazing! They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before getting started. I can honestly say , every time has been a pain free experience.

Had a preliminary visit this morning. Dr. Jones Explained in detail the treatment I need to have. The staff are the friendliest I have encountered in my 74 years. I go back next Wednesday October 13th.

Everyone from the front desk, hygienist, to the doctor, were very helpful and kind. I was nervous and everyone put me at ease. I was explained every detail of what they were doing and what my treatment plan entailed. I am very glad that I found this practice and the people who make it great.

In addition, if you have a sudden issue, the staff will get you in within a 24 hour period, which I appreciate very much. Hands down the best dentist I have ever had. Very highly. recommended. Professional, timely, attention to detail!

Dr. Jones and his staff are fantastic. I have had many problems with my teeth in the last few years. Dr. Jones considers all options, discusses them with me and my family. We know what's happening with no surprises. I lost a temp crown one night and was seen early the next morning to get it fixed. The hygienist is very meticulous and gentle; my teeth have never been so clean. The assistants and office staff are friendly, and efficient, Everyone seems genuinely happy I'm there.
