Biography: Dr Khamsi is a California native and finished his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at UCLA graduating Cum Laude and inducted into the prestigious honor societies Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu. He pursued his medical training at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He completed an orthopedic residency at Rutgers- New Jersey Medical School (formerly UMDN) where he served as Administrative Chief Resident and was recognized with "Resident Teaching Award" by his peers. He completed his fellowship in Spine Surgery with world renowned spine surgeons at UCLA. Dr Khamsi's focus on healthcare include treating his patients as well as developing better models that would serve his community, therefore he obtained the highly sought after Healthcare Executive Masters of Business Administration from University California, Irvine. Dr Khamsi has dedicated his service to Southern California as well as abroad performing regular reconstructive spine deformity surgeries for underserved populations in Mexico. He also serves as a clinical faculty at University of California Riverside School of Medicine and is involved in training and educating future doctors. He has had several publications in books, peer reviewed journals and stays active in research. Dr Khamsi is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeon and is a member of American Academy of orthopedic Surgeons and North American Spine Society (NASS).

Biography: Dr Haider earned his medical degree from Loyola University, Stitch School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in orthopedics as well as fellowship training in spine surgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr Haider is the founder of the Thomas Haider program at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine (UCR). This program is designed to enable students with disadvantaged backgrounds to have an opportunity to become a physician and serve in their own communities. Dr Haider has also established scholarships at UCR for disadvantaged students. Dr Haider has developed numerous innovative spinal implants and synthetic bone substitutes that are currently used worldwide. Dr Haider and his wife Salma are co-founders of the Children's Spine Foundation, a Charity focused on securing early intervention and treatment of spinal disorders for children without financial means. Dr. Haider receive the Chancellors Medal of Honor in 1997 and the National AMA Pride in the Profession Award in 2001. He continues to receive multiple commendations and awards both locally and nationally for his surgical innovation, community service and his philanthropy.

Biography: Dr. Clifford Douglas is a board-certified neurosurgeon practicing with California Advanced Surgical Specialists in Riverside, California. A fellowship-trained physician, Dr. Douglas specializes in the care and surgical treatment of patients in need of spinal reconstructive surgery for deformities, brain tumors, degenerative spine disorders, brain trauma, and endoscopic and stereotactic neurosurgery procedures. He has extensive experience in treating essential tremor, scoliosis, degenerative spine conditions, and other movement disorders, such as Parkinson's Disease, dystonia, and epilepsy. Dr. Douglas graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency and a fellowship in Pediatric and Adult Deformity. He also completed a Doctorate and Master's Degree in Physiology, and a Doctoral Degree in Neurophysiology at Loma Linda University.Dr. Douglas has been on the active medical staff at Riverside Community Hospital for several years and most recently served as the Section Chief of Neurosurgery, and Director of Complex Spine Disorders at Loma Linda University where he also served in several other leadership positions.
