Biography: As a board certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Alexander specializes in sports medicine with a focus on treating the musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder, elbow and knee.Dr. Alexander treats patients for a wide range of conditions, including shoulder tendinopathy, tennis elbow, rotator cuff tears, shoulder arthritis, SLAP tears, AC joint injuries, meniscus tears, knee arthritis and ACL tears. Biography: Dr. Holtzclaw began his private practice in Savannah after completing fellowships abroad. He maintains a strong interest in minimally invasive anterior approaches to hip replacement and complex hip fractures and reconstruction. He also is deeply interested in joint replacement surgery, including hip and knee replacements, as well as revision procedures. He continues to treat all general orthopaedic problems, and a significant portion of his practice involves outpatient procedures such as arthroscopy.

Biography: Dr. Ochsner, a native of Savannah, specializes in sports medicine with a focus on knee and shoulder arthroscopy, hip arthroscopy and preservation, elbow arthroscopy, ulnar collateral ligament (Tommy John) surgery, and general orthopaedics. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic in Memphis and his fellowship in orthopaedic sports medicine at Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Institute in Birmingham, Alabama. Over the course of his training, he assisted in the care of multiple high school, collegiate and professional teams including the University of Memphis athletic programs, Rhodes University athletic programs, Memphis Redbirds baseball team, Memphis Grizzlies basketball team, Birmingham Barons baseball team and the University of Alabama athletics. Dr. Ochsner and his wife have two children. He enjoys football, playing saxophone, hunting, fly-fishing and other outdoor activities with his family.

Biography: Jonathan Callegari, DO is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in orthopedic care for men and women in Waycross and the surrounding communities. Working as an orderly in a trauma center piqued Dr. Callegari's interest in medicine where he followed his passion and earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at LECOM/Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA. Dr. Callegari completed his fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery from Oregon Shoulder Institute.

Biography: Dr. Niemeier is an orthopedic spine surgeon who provides consultation and treatment for patients with all spinal disorders. Dr. Niemeier earned a bachelor's degree at Clemson University before attending medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center where he was selected as the Kurt Niemann Most Outstanding Resident. Following residency training, he went on to complete specialized fellowship training in Spine Surgery at the Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto, California. He has published over a dozen peer reviewed journal articles on a wide spectrum of orthopedic topics, is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), North American Spine Society (NASS) and AO Spine, and continues to have an active role in clinical research. In addition to the latest techniques in spinal reconstruction, Dr. Niemeier is trained in minimally invasive surgery and motion-preserving techniques.
