Biography: Dr. Ross was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota and grew up in the Twin Cities. After graduating with Summa Cum Laude with Honors and Highest Distinction from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Ross obtained his medical degree from the prestigious Harvard Medical School. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the world-renowned Washington University in St. Louis, where he trained under the tutelage of leaders in the field of orthopedic surgery. He developed his passion for sports medicine while working with the St. Louis Rams and St. Louis Blues. Dr. Ross also worked along with leaders in the field of joint preservation surgery, which also sparked his research in hip preservation. After completing residency, Dr. Ross completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the University of Michigan, where he further honed his skill in Hip Arthroscopy. He was also team physician for many of the sports, including football, hockey, soccer, gymnastics and wrestling. After completing his fellowship, he was hired to join the faculty at the University of Michigan Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in the division of Sports Medicine. He also served at the Head Team Physician for Eastern Michigan University Football and the athletic department. He currently serves as the head Team Orthopedic Surgeon for Florida Atlantic University Football and Lynn University.

Dr. Elbualy specializes in interventional pain management, particularly for spine-related pain and failed back surgery syndrome. Dr. Elbualy joined the Marcus Neuroscience Institute from the Comprehensive Center for Pain Management at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, where he served as director. He is currently an affiliate assistant professor at the Charles A. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. He has more than 25 years of experience utilizing medication management and interventional pain therapy. He performs all fluoroscopically guided epidural and selective nerve root blocks, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and radiofrequency denervation. He has additional expertise in spinal cord stimulation, DRG stimulation and intrathecal pump implantation. Dr. Elbualy's goal is to help patients regain as much function as possible to improve their quality of life. He appreciates spending time with and getting to know his patients.
