Biography: Dr. Ismail earned his medical degree from the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences in India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Ismail was part of the Internal Medicine faculty at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is accredited by the NCQA (National Committee of Quality Assurance) and is a Level III Medical Home Provider. Biography: Dr. Church earned her medical degree, a Doctor of Osteopathy, at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. Dr Church is a member of the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honor Society. A Doctor of Osteopathy completes the same medical training as a physician with an M.D. degree, but has undergone extra training in diagnosing illness and injury and encouraging the body to heal itself through osteopathic manipulative treatment, a hands-on approach to preventive medicine.
