Biography: Dr. David Lee specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery. He chose orthopedic surgery because, by studying and mastering the incredible complex anatomy of the musculoskeletal system, he could help people return to their normal form and function. His goal as an orthopedist is to get patients back to doing the activities they love and to help them live pain-free. Biography: Originally from Rochester, New York, Dr. Alexander earned a BA cum laude in Psychology from Harvard University before studying medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. There, he was named to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Croog completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at New York University/Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City under the leadership of Dr. Joseph Zuckerman. He then served as a Mary S. Stern Hand and Upper Extremity Fellow under Dr. Peter Stern at the University of Cincinnati.

Biography: Dr. Mohammad Ali Khoshnevisan (3 parts, pronounced Kosh-Nevy-Sun) is a hand and wrist surgeon and specialist experienced in treating a range of hand, wrist, and upper extremity injuries and conditions. As a healthcare provider, Dr. Khoshnevisan's top priority is ensuring you have a clear and thorough understanding of your condition and treatment options so you can make a comfortable, confident, and well-informed decision about your care.Dr. Khoshnevisan works alongside our experienced team of occupational and physical therapists to provide exceptional care at every phase of treatment, from diagnosis through recovery. He and our team of therapists also have extensive experience caring for patients with work-related injuries and helping them regain as much function as possible.

Biography: Dr. Schreck specializes in hand, wrist and elbow surgery. He has been fascinated by the anatomy of the hand and arm since the beginning of medical school, and he finds the complexity and intricacies of the anatomy awe-inspiring. As he went through his residency training, having an opportunity to see first-hand how someone can be helped by a hand-surgical procedure left no doubt in his mind that he would choose this field. A procedure as simple as a carpal tunnel release can be life-changing for a patient. Returning function to patients with hand and upper-extremity related issues is extraordinarily gratifying, as virtually all people require use of their hands to a significant degree in their daily lives. In his free time, Dr. Schreck enjoys exercising and spending time with his family.
