Biography: Damon Cobb, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Damon Cobb OB/GYN, his private practice in Poway, California. He serves women from all over the San Diego area, listening intently to each of their needs and preferences throughout treatment. Dr. Cobb specializes in both medicated and non-medicated childbirth. Each new mother has unique expectations and goals for her birth plan, and he works tirelessly to meet or exceed all of them. Dr. Cobb received his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating, he moved to St. Louis for his residency training at St. John's Mercy Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in cosmetic surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, where he attained extensive training in body cosmetics. Today, Dr. Cobb works hard to make sure that each of his patients is healthy and happy at each stage of life. He offers fertility treatment, IUD insertions, hysterectomies, and other services promoting women's reproductive health. Additionally, he wants to make sure that each woman is confident in her own skin. He uses his extensive training to also offer cosmetic procedures, such as SculpSure®, a noninvasive body contouring treatment that eliminates excess skin and fat. Biography: With his expertise in overall women's health, infertility, and prenatal care, board-certified OB/GYN Paul Hinshaw, DO, is a trusted expert for patients throughout Escondido, California. Dr. Hinshaw is currently accepting new patients at North County Women's Specialists. After Dr. Hinshaw earned his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Michigan, he went on to complete his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He headed back to Michigan to finish his obstetrics and gynecology internship and residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Hinshaw is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. While Dr. Hinshaw is skilled in preventive care and treating chronic women's health issues, he has a special interest in hysteroscopy and minimally invasive surgical procedures including endometrial ablation, laparoscopy, and daVinci® robotic surgery.
