Biography: Todd L. Hicks, MD, FACS received his bachelor of arts degree from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, and his medical degree from Cornell University College of Medicine in New York. After Cornell, he returned to Ohio where he completed five years of general surgery residency training at Wright State University School of Medicine, where he also completed his three-year plastic surgery residency. Dr. Hicks is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Biography: Sameep Kadakia, MD graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine (PA). He completed residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery - at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. Dr. Kadakia completed a fellowship in head and neck oncology / facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Baylor Medical Center in Texas. Dr. Kadakia specializes in MOHS reconstruction, oral cavity malignancy, larynx and pharynx neoplasms, sinonasal tumors, skin cancer, skull base tumors and reconstruction, thyroid lesions and parathyroid surgery, surgical airway management, facial trauma and paralysis, salivary gland tumors, osteoradionecrosis, radiation, and microvascular reconstruction.

Biography: James Pan, MD is a graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. Prior to moving to Ohio to be closer to family, Dr. Pan served as an assistant professor of surgery at SIU School of Medicine. Most recently, he served as a staff vascular surgeon at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, where he held the positions of Vice-Chief of Surgery and Director of Vascular Services. Additionally, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center Dr. Pan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Pan is a vascular surgeon in Dayton, specializing in treating conditions affecting blood vessels. He has a special interest in critical limb salvage focusing on minimally invasive procedures as well as open surgery when needed. He is also certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy and wound care. Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fester is a diplomate and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Fester offers the newest cartilage restoration technique available, matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) cartilage transplant. MACI transplant, a two-step procedure using the patient's own cartilage, is most effective for active patients, from their teens to 50s.

Biography: Thomas R. Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Zink is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Osteopathy, National Guard Association of the United States, Ohio Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Zink is a Captain in the Ohio Army National Guard. He is the team physician for Troy City Schools. He is the Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic department chair and Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic trauma liaison. Dr. Zink has a special interest in knee arthroscopy and replacement, and shoulder arthroscopy, anatomic, reverse, revision, and replacement surgery.

Biography: Daniel S. Taylor, MD, FACS is a board certified, general surgeon who earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Cincinnati, OH. He completed his surgical residency at the hospitals affiliated with Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dayton, OH. During his training, Dr. Taylor was Chief Surgical Resident. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 1999 and Premier Physician Network in 2006. Dr. Taylor serves on several committees at Upper Valley Medical Center and Surgery Department Chair (2016). He has been a fellow with the American College of Surgeons since 2002. Currently, Dr. Taylor is assistant clinical professor of surgery at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.

Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. He is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeonsand American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons andthe American Association for Hand Surgery.
