Biography: Todd L. Hicks, MD, FACS received his bachelor of arts degree from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, and his medical degree from Cornell University College of Medicine in New York. After Cornell, he returned to Ohio where he completed five years of general surgery residency training at Wright State University School of Medicine, where he also completed his three-year plastic surgery residency. Dr. Hicks is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Biography: Sameep Kadakia, MD graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine (PA). Biography: James Pan, MD is a graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. Prior to moving to Ohio to be closer to family, Dr. Pan served as an assistant professor of surgery at SIU School of Medicine. Most recently, he served as a staff vascular surgeon at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, where he held the positions of Vice-Chief of Surgery and Director of Vascular Services. Additionally, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center Dr. Pan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Pan is a vascular surgeon in Dayton, specializing in treating conditions affecting blood vessels. He has a special interest in critical limb salvage focusing on minimally invasive procedures as well as open surgery when needed.
