Care Philosophy: Dr. Rafael's focus is on treatment of abnormal heart rhythms including worrisomely slow and dangerously fast arrhythmias. He is trained in advanced catheter ablation techniques for the management of all arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardias and ventricular tachycardia. He is also trained in implantation of cardiac rhythm devices including the management of heart failure with resynchronization therapy.
