Biography: Kevin D. Kravitz, MD, FACC brings a feature element to Premier Cardiovascular Institute through his specialized practice of electrophysiology. Electrophysiology, a sub-specialty of cardiology, deals with the heart's rhythm and electrical system. Dr. Kravitz graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and earned a Masters of Human Physiology degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia before completing his medical degree, magna cum laude, from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. After medical school, Dr. Kravitz completed an internship and a residency in internal medicine from Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. He then went on to complete a cardiology fellowship from Hahnemann University Hospital. Following his cardiology fellowship, Dr. Kravitz entered one more year of training in electrophysiology, also at Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Kravitz was chief of cardiology at Dayton Heart Hospital from 1999-2009. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Electrophysiology. He also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.

Biography: Thein T. Aung, MD graduated from University of Medicine 2, located in Yangon, Myanmar. He completed his internal medicine residency at Easton Hospital in Easton, PA. Dr. Aung completed his cardiovascular fellowship at Wright State University, Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH and his clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiology. He is also board certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Aung is a fellow-in-training with the Heart Rhythm Society. He is a member of the American Heart Association, American College of Cardiology, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, and the Ohio State Medical Association. He is a valued member of the American Medical Association and an associate member of the American College of Physicians.
