Care Philosophy: Dr Lancet, a Senior Member and Professor at Moffitt Cancer Center and Chair of the Department of Malignant Hematology, is well known for his expertise in the care of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasms, and other related hematologic cancers. Dr Chavez earned his MD from the Medical School at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. He completed his residency in Hematology at Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins/Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. He did his Internal Medicine training at the State University of New York in Buffalo, New York and completed his Medical Oncology training at the University of South Florida/Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Chavez is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.

Care Philosophy: Dr Kenneth Shain is an associate member in the Malignant Hematology program in the Department of Malignant Hematology, Tumor Biology, and the Chemical Biology and Molecular Medicine Program. Dr Shain has also been appointed as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in the Department of Oncologic Sciences.Dr Shain is also a Director of the Myeloma Research Center.Dr Shain is a clinician scientist with time divided by clinic, clinic trials and translational research with a primary focus in multiple myeloma and other plasma cell relation disorders (including Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia and Primary Amyloidosis).

Care Philosophy: Jhanelle E Gray, MD is the Department Chair, Program Leader and a Senior Member for Thoracic Oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center (MCC), co-Leader of the Cancer Center Support Grant Molecular Medicine Program and Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. A renowned Thoracic medical oncologist and clinical scientist, Dr Gray is actively involved and leads numerous clinical research trials that investigate novel immunotherapeutic and targeted therapy drug combinations for lung cancer which have greatly influenced standard of care treatment. Her research has generated over 80 publications in scholarly, peer-reviewed journals, including original manuscripts and reviews.

Care Philosophy: Dr Bruna Pellini is an Assistant Member at the Department of Thoracic Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute and an Assistant Professor at Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida. She specializes in the care of patients diagnosed with lung cancer. Dr Pellini received her medical degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil and completed her internal medicine residency at University of Central Florida College of Medicine followed by her medical oncology fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Biography: Dr. Matthew Anderson, MD is an Obstetrics /amp Gynecology Specialist who practices in Tampa, FL. He is 60 years old. Dr. Matthew Anderson, MD is affiliated with Tampa General Hospital and Tampa General Hospital.

Care Philosophy: Dr Sweet's clinical interests include myeloid malignancies with a particular focus on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). She is currently an Associate Member in the Department of Malignant Hematology at Moffitt Cancer Center and has an appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.

Care Philosophy: Dr Bejanyan is an Associate Member, Program Leader of Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Head of the Leukemia/Myeloid Section of the BMT and Cellular Immunotherapy Department at Moffitt Cancer Center. She is an Associate Professor in Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida.Dr Bejanyan also served as the Clinical Scientific Co-Director of Moffitt Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics Core. As a physician investigator with clinical and research expertise in BMT and cellular immunotherapies for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), Dr Bejanyan focuses in advancing clinical and translational research by fostering innovative immune cell therapy strategies to treat leukemia.

Care Philosophy: Dr Lazarides received his MD degree from Duke University Medical School. He completed an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Duke University Medical Center, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr Lazarides most recently completed an Orthopaedic Oncology Fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital-University of Toronto, Division of Orthopaedic Surgery, in Toronto, Canada. Dr Lazarides specializes in treating pediatric and adult patients with benign or malignant bone or soft tissue tumors of the musculoskeletal system. His focus is the treatment of sarcomas as well as benign tumors and metastatic bone disease.

Care Philosophy: Dr Isenalumehe earned her MD from Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, CUNY Medical College, City College of New York (BA/MD Program) / Albany Medical College, New York and her MS degree in Clinical and Biomedical Investigation from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. She completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatric Residency at NJMS-Rutgers (former: University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Newark, where she also served as Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Chief Resident. She completed a Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, University of Southern California, where she also served as Chief Fellow.
