Biography: Dr. Reshma Ramlal clinical interest focuses on the care of patients undergoing allogeneic transplantation for myeloid malignancies. Prior to joining Moffitt, Dr. RamlaI was a Malignant Hematologist and Bone Marrow Transplantation physician at the University of Kentucky, Markey Cancer Center for 8 years. She joined the Markey Cancer Center after completion of her BMT fellowship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. During her time in Kentucky, she served as the Interim Medical Director of the Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy program for two years. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care with compassion and understanding. Dr. Ramlal research interests include methods to mitigate complications of allogeneic transplantation and improve clinical outcomes.

Dr Castaneda Puglianini joins us from Virginia Commonwealth University where he was an Assistant Professor of Medicine and served as Director, CAR T-Cell Therapy Program in the Division of Hematology/Oncology and Palliative Care at VCU Massey Cancer Center.

Dr Saeed completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship, and he served as Chief Fellow at the University of Kentucky. Prior to Moffitt,Dr Saeedpracticed at the University of Kentucky, where he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology and Blood and Marrow Transplantation, College of Medicine.Dr Saeed specializes in treating blood cancers.

Care Philosophy: Dr Mishra's clinical and research interests include molecular therapies for myeloid disorders, developing new transplant conditioning and post-transplantation maintenance regimens for myeloid leukemias, and expanding transplantation therapies for diseases of the elderly, such as myelodysplastic syndromes.

Since joining Moffitt in 2018, Dr Lazaryan has been focusing his clinical and research expertise in managing complex patients with lymphoma who are in need for BMT and/or cellular immunotherapy such as CAR T cell therapy.

Care Philosophy: Patrick Hwu, MD, is the president and CEO of Moffitt Cancer Center, one of the nation's leading cancer hospitals and the only National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center based in Florida. As an internationally recognized tumor immunologist, Dr Hwu has led pioneering research and clinical efforts to better understand the interactions between tumors and the immune system.
