Biography: Elias Gomatos, DPM is a faculty at the Methodist Diabetic Foot and Ankle Institute, Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.Dr. Gomatos completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University of Massachusetts Amherst. He then received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida.Dr. Gomatos completed his surgical residency training at HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in his final year.
