Care Philosophy: Michele Malit, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Malit received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of New York Institute of Technology. She went on to complete a general surgery residency at Maimonides Medical Center where she achieved the rank of Chief Resident, and a colorectal surgery fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Dr. Malit is an active community volunteer and has contributed her musical talents to hospital events and charitable fundraisers as the lead singer of a band made up of medical colleagues. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.

Biography: Dr. Alexander Greene, MD is a General Surgery Specialist who practices in Daytona Beach, FL. He is 41 years old and has been practicing for 10 years. Dr. Alexander Greene, MD is affiliated with AdventHealth Daytona Beach.

Biography: Matthew R. Wilson, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon who earned his Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University in 2006. He completed an internship and residency in general surgery at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. He then practiced general surgery for the U.S. Navy until 2015. During his time on active duty, he was honored with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal as well as two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medals. Upon discharge, he completed a colon and rectal surgery fellowship at AdventHealth Orlando. Dr. Wilson has practiced colon and rectal surgery for seven years at Utica Park Clinic and Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Wilson is an assistant professor of surgery at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, and an adjunct professor of surgery at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa.

Biography: Aruna Arekapudi, MD, is a board-certified hematology oncologist who earned a Doctor of Medicine from Gandhi Medical College Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. She completed her internship at Grace Hospital, Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, and her residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Aruna Arekapudi completed a three-year fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago as a medical oncologist and hematologist at the Commonwealth Cancer Center in Frankfort, Kentucky, for nearly 25 years.
