Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. He is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeonsand American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons andthe American Association for Hand Surgery. Biography: Michael A. Deyhle, PA received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2016. Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton in 2012.

Biography: Benjamin D. Mishler, MPAS, PA-C, AT received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College in Kettering, OH in 2020. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Anderson University in Anderson, IN in 2014. Benjamin is certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Biography: Heather Branam, APRN-CNP, FNP-C received her Master of Science from Maryville University in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2012. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Heather has been a registered nurse since 2009. Biography: Ramamohan Chunduri, MD, received his medical degree MBBS Andhra Medical College (India), and completed his residency at Worcester City Hospital (MA). Dr. Chunduri has served as a an assistant clinical professor of internal medicine at Wright State University. Dr. Chunduri is board certified in internal medicine.

Biography: Robert Rodgers, CNP received his Master of Science from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Wright State University in 2013 and his Associate Degree in Surgical Technology from National College in 2011. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology of Exercise in 2003. He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He has been a registered nurse since 2013. He brought 14 years' experience as a nurse to his career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Abdul Butman, MD is a graduate of Al-Azhar University and Al-Azhar Medical School in Cairo, Egypt. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton. Dr. Butman is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in diabetes. Dr. Butman has been with Premier Health Internal Medicine of Englewood since 1993.

Biography: Jason Schatzel, MD is a graduate of the Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine in Rootstown, OH. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Akron City Hospital in Akron, OH. Dr. Schatzel is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Schatzel is an internal medicine physician committed to providing patient-centered care. He has a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of prevalent chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), and hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol, including high triglycerides).
