She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, TX where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB where she also served as Chief Administrative Resident in her last year. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is experienced in French. Dr. Pacheco provides comprehensive care for women of all ages in general Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her clinical interests include obstetrics and high-risk pregnancies, contraceptive counseling, preventative women's health, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
