Dr Czerniecki received his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Maine and his MD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and his PhD from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson and Rutgers University. Care Philosophy: Dr Sean Dineen is an Assistant Member of the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Dineen has a particular interest in the treatment of patients with metastatic disease, including carcinomatosis. In particular, he focuses on patients that have developed peritoneal spread of disease and the application of heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in the treatment of this advanced process. Dr Dineen's research focuses on identifying how the tumor and the local environment interact to promote metastatic disease. Dr Dineen is a native of Lexington, KY. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville.

Care Philosophy: For patients undergoing surgery, whenever possible, Dr Malafa uses minimally invasive approaches. He's experienced at performing robotic whipple, robotic distal pancreatectomy, robotic colectomy and robotic liver resections. In addition to Dr Malafa's time in the clinic and operating room, he continues to work in research and is a Senior Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology and the Chemical Biology and Molecular Medicine Program at Moffitt. As a physician-scientist, he is enthusiastically investigating novel approaches to prevent pancreatic cancer and colorectal cancer.
