Care Philosophy: Dr Nam Tran is a neuro-oncology surgeon at Moffitt Cancer Center and assistant professor of oncology and neurosurgery at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr Tran completed his fellowship training at Moffitt, following a residency in neurosurgery at Medical College of Virginia. He was chief resident his final year. Prior to that, he was affiliated for several years with the University of California-Irvine, where he received a Ph.D. in neuroscience and served as an assistant project scientist. Biography: Dr. Sotomayor is the director of the newly established Cancer Institute at Tampa General Hospital. He is a pioneer in the field of cancer immunology and immunotherapy and an internationally renowned expert in lymphoma research and treatment. Prior to joining Tampa General, he was the director of the George Washington University Cancer Center with responsibility and authority over all aspects of cancer care and research at GW and affiliated health systems. He was also a professor of medicine in the division of hematology/oncology at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Sotomayor specializes in the treatment of lymphomas and leukemias. The accomplished physician-scientist's ongoing research is directed toward cancer immunology and immunotherapy with special focus in developing novel immune-based approaches for the treatment of lymphomas and other hematologic malignancies. Considered as a world expert in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), he has more than 140 publications including seminal discoveries published in top tier journals such as Nature Immunology, Nature Medicine, Blood, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Cancer Cell among others. He has been the recipient of several awards, including the recipient of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) CURE Lifetime Achievement award in 2017. Dr. Sotomayor is involved in several major medical societies and organizations and currently is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, Lymphoma Research Foundation, member of the Executive Committee of the Mantle Cell Lymphoma Consortium and member of several committees of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR). He has also served in committees at the American Society of Hematology (ASH), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the National Cancer Institute (NCI)

Care Philosophy: Dr Hoffman is a gynecologic oncologist and Vice Chair for the Gynecologic Oncology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center. He is a world-renowned expert in the surgical management of gynecologic cancers and other complex gynecologic disorders. He has over 30 years of surgical experience, has published extensively on all aspects of female cancer surgery, and has lectured around the world on these subjects. Dr Hoffman's expertise includes laparoscopic, robotic, open (traditional), and vaginal surgery. After completing his gynecologic oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida, Dr Hoffman stayed as a full-time faculty member until October 2015.

He also obtained a Doctorate degree in Internal Medicine and Therapeutics from Svo Paulo Federal University. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Svo Paulo Federal University and his Clinical Oncology Fellowship at the Svo Paulo University - Svo Paulo Cancer Institute. Dr Biachi de Castria was an attending in the Gastrointestinal Oncology Service at the Svo Paulo Cancer Institute and Sv?rio-Libanv™s Hospital.

Care Philosophy: Dr Chadha is an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. After graduating from New York University, he completed his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Most recently, he completed a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell Health Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr Chadha's focus is solid tumor oncology, with clinical interests in genitourinary tract tumors, including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, testicular cancer, and thoracic malignancies.

Care Philosophy: Dr Julie Kish is a senior member of the Genitourinary Oncology, and Senior Adult Oncology Programs at Moffitt. She also is a professor at the University of South Florida (USF) College of Medicine. Her research interests include clinical trials for head, neck and genitourinary cancers. Dr Kish received her bachelor's, master's degree and medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in oncology at Wayne State University Affiliated Hospitals. After completing her training, Dr Kish was on the faculty at Wayne State School of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, as well as a physician with Henry Ford Health System in MI.

Care Philosophy: Dr Binitie earned his MD degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida. In 2012, he completed a Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and then a Musculoskeletal Oncology Fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Binitie's clinical interests include bone and soft tissue sarcomas, limb preserving surgeries and sarcomas in all patients, with a focus in pediatric and young adults. His research interests include limb preservation after oncologic resection, expandable pediatric limb reconstruction, and adolescent and young adult sarcomas.

Care Philosophy: Dr Kuykendall is an Assistant Member at Moffitt Cancer Center in the Department of Malignant Hematology. He earned his MD from University of Florida College of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Florida and a subsequent Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center/University of South Florida. He primarily focuses his clinical and research efforts on myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), MDS/MPN overlap syndromes and systemic mastocytosis (SM) where he is dedicated to developing novel, disease-modifying therapies for these rare diseases.
