Care Philosophy: Susie Ro, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who subspecializes in movement disorders such as tremors, Parkinson's disease and gait problems. She treats patients age 15 and older using a variety of techniques, from injections to deep brain stimulation. Dr. Ro enjoys forming long-lasting relationships with her patients. Understanding that everyone has a unique history and life values and goals, she strives to listen, learn and tailor treatments to maximize each patient's quality of life. Her own goal is to grow a high-level, comprehensive Parkinson's care center in the South Sound. Dr. Ro is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Movement Disorders Society. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Away from work, she enjoys running marathons and ultramarathons, cycling and dogs.

Biography: Richard Martin, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who relies on the latest research and clinical guidelines to inform treatment decisions and works closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists and other health care professionals to provide comprehensive care and optimize recovery. Dr. Martin enjoys educating his patients about their conditions, treatment options and the rehabilitation process, empowering them to make informed decisions and actively participate in their own care. He provides care with empathy and understanding, recognizing the physical and emotional challenges that patients face, listening to their concerns, understanding their goals, and working collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their lifestyle and values.Dr. Martin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS).He served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. Away from work, Dr. Martin enjoys hiking and travel.
