Biography: Dr. Nathan A. Phelps is a family medicine doctor in Bountiful, Utah. He received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and has been in practice between 6-10 years.

Biography: Doctor Scott Nagao was born and raised in North Ogden, Utah. He attended Weber State University, and graduated from Midwestern University in 2018. He did his residency at Idaho State University in Pocatello. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation, and Advanced Wilderness Life Support. He and his wife have 2 children. Doctor Nagao enjoys fishing, hunting, sport shooting, and family time. His interests include treating diabetes, addiction medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, and working with children. Doctor Nagao is currently accepting new patients.
