Biography: James Dunlap, MD, MBA, is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dunlap is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for neck and back pain. He specializes in non-operative spine evaluation and treatment, emphasizing personalized, evidence-based approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life. Dr. Dunlap believes in empowering patients through education and shared decision-making, ensuring they understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery. He collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and pain specialists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs. Biography: Angela Long-Prentice, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Long-Prentice is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Long-Prentice has a special interest in women's health and has been with Premier Physician Network since 1994.

Biography: Robert B. Harrington, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Harrington is the team physician for Wayne High School. He has been in private practice in Dayton since 1999, and joined Premier Physician Network in January 2010. Dr. Harrington is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Biography: Julie Larson, MD is a graduate of Carroll College and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Utah at Salt Lake City. Dr. Larson is certified in family practice and geriatrics by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health and geriatrics. Dr. Larson has been with Premier Health Family Care -North since 2002.

Biography: Dr. Hester graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Hester is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Biography: Andrew Murray, DO is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. He completed his internal medicine residency at Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL. He went on to complete his cardiology fellowship at Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa in Mason City, IA and his interventional cardiology fellowship at Bayonet Regional Medical Center-Hudson, FL. Dr. Murray is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is board certified in Nuclear Cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Dr. Murray,our newest interventional cardiologist, partners with his patients for prevention and treatment of heart failure, peripheral arterial disease, coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation and all other elements of cardiology.
