After graduating with honors from the University of Florida, Dr. Jester received his medical degree, also from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He went on to complete a residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida, achieving the rank of Chief Medical Resident. Then Dr. Jester completed a fellowship in hematology/oncology with Orlando Health where he was Chief Fellow.

Care Philosophy: Devina McCray, MD, is a breast surgical oncologist who is board certified in general surgery. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of benign and malignant breast disease. Her areas of surgical expertise include excisional biopsy, breast conservation, sentinel lymph node biopsy, axillary node dissection, mastectomy (simple, skin sparing, and nipple sparing), oncoplasty, and intraoperative radiation therapy. Dr. McCray received her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine and carried out her general surgery residency at Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) in Orlando. In 2016, she completed a breast surgical oncology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Dr. McCray also participated in a training program at City of Hope National Medical Center to study the principals of designing clinical trials. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
