Care Philosophy: Dr Seth Felder is a board-certified colon and rectal surgical oncologist Associate Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Following fellowship colon and rectal surgical training at the University of Minnesota, he then pursued additional training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Advanced Colorectal Surgical Oncology. He understands the fears patients face with his/her diagnosis, specifically regarding the functional and psychological impact that may result from surgery. Care Philosophy: Xavier F Cannella, MD, FACS is a peripheral vascular and general surgeon. He began his practice after completing his vascular fellowship in his native Tampa in 1991. He is certified by the America Board of Surgery and The American Board of Wound Healing. He is a Fellow of the America College of Surgeons, a member of The Florida Vascular Society, Vascular Access Society of America and The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. He is fluent in Spanish and sees patients ages 18 years and older.
