Care Philosophy: A board certified family practitioner, Dr. Kevin McKeighen believes in taking a holistic approach to his patient's health, taking into account mind, body and spirit. His medical interests include diabetes, hypertension and migraine headaches. A resident of the Pacific Northwest for more than 10 years, Dr. McKeighen enjoys golfing and hiking in his leisure time.

Care Philosophy: Gregory Duff, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder surgery andsports medicine. His surgical interests include themanagement of the unstable knee, shoulder andelbow in the competitive athlete. He performsarthroscopic reconstructive surgery on all major joints. _x000D_ Dr. Duff works with an extended team of athletictrainers, physical therapists, physician assistants andoffice staff optimizing care specific to the unique needsof the individual athlete. Biography: Once management short of surgery has failed, Dr. Ghidella tries to speed recovery and improve function surgically with a combination of traditional techniques that have proven reliable and the latest techniques that depend on current technology. Biography: Joanna Branstetter, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in state-of-the-art hand, wrist, shoulder and knee preservation care. Dr. Branstetter had a 20-year career in the United States Army and has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon locally at Joint Base Lewis-McChord for the past 14 years. She recognizes that every patient and injury is unique, and designing a treatment specific to the individual is key to successful outcomes. She works with the patient and their care team to develop the best comprehensive, mutually agreeable plan. This may involve both surgical and non-surgical options like physical therapy, stretching, bracing, medications, injections, arthroscopy, surgical reconstruction and joint replacement.Dr. Branstetter is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society and the Washington State Orthopaedic Association. Dr. Schmidt also serves as the Peninsula High School team physician.

Gray, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides a wide range of services, including total joint replacement, trauma repair, spine surgery and sports-related orthopedic care. Dr. Gray emphasizes compassionate, patientcentered medicine. She believes in treating the whole person, and that a vital role of the physician is in educating patients so that they can make informed decisions about their own care. Dr. Fyntrilakis enjoys cooking, the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Care Philosophy: Christopher Quarles, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients from infancy through geriatrics. Dr. Quarles strives to deliver quality care with an emphasis on preventive health and continuity of care. He partners with his patients to improve their health and the health of their families. Dr. Quarles is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association and American Association for Physician Leadership. He served 27 years with the U.S. Navy, including two years as commanding officer at Naval Hospital Bremerton. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running and reading.

Dr. Harrison believes in the importance of cooperation between the physician and patient in the prevention of disease and disability. Vaughan, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, from ACL reconstruction and meniscal repair to arthroscopic shoulder instability repairs. He also focuses on arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement and fracture care. Dr. Vaughan employs the most technologically advanced medical and surgical techniques, along with a patient-centered philosophy, to get his patients off the sidelines and return them to an active lifestyle sooner. Dr. Vaughan served as an orthopedic surgeon for the U.S. Navy in Pensacola, Florida. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. In his spare time, Dr. Vaughan volunteers as the orthopedic team surgeon for the University of Puget Sound. Dr. Vaughan enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, golf and youth sports.
