He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Kansas School of Medicine - Wichita in Wichita, KS. He went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dunlap is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dunlap is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for neck and back pain. He specializes in non-operative spine evaluation and treatment, emphasizing personalized, evidence-based approaches to restore mobility and improve quality of life. Biography: Indresh Venkatarayappa, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bangalore Medical College (India) and completed an orthopedic surgery residency T.N. Medical College (India). He also completed an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Venkatarayappa completed surgical training in the United Kingdom at MRCS Edinburgh and was fellowship trained in traumatology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and MRCS. He is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Venkatarayappa specializes in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the Member of Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK, a Candidate member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Candidate member MID - America.

Biography: Tracy J. Eicher, MD, MSCS graduated form the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Eicher completed a neurology residency at USAF-Wilford Hall Medical Center in 2005. Dr. Eicher's specialty areas include multiple sclerosis, general neurology, Botox injections and occipital nerve blocks. Dr. Eicher is board certified in neurology. She is also a MS certified specialists by the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers.

Biography: Michael Prayson, MD, received his medical degree at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, and completed his residency at Akron General Medical Center. Dr. Prayson completed his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Prayson is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He subspecializes in orthopedic trauma.

Biography: Glen Nagasawa, MD is a graduate of Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. He completed his general neurology residency at the State University of New York in Albany. Dr. Nagasawa is board certified in neurology.

Biography: Catarina Gulledge, MD is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, MI. She completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Gulledge completed a hand surgery fellowship at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Gulledge is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Gulledge performs hand surgery at Hand and Reconstructive Surgeons and Associates.
