Care Philosophy: Jeffrey Wipfli, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in advanced cataract surgery, LASIK and other refractive surgeries. As one of the most experienced eye surgeons in his field, Dr Wipfli can advise patients on the full range of surgical and lens options available to best address their needs and accomplish their vision goals. Dr Wipfli is consistently recognized by colleagues for his commitment to surgical excellence and praised by patients for his personal approach to their care.

Care Philosophy: Dr Scherer earned his Bachelor of Science Degree and Doctor of Medicine from State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude, respectively, as well as a PhD in visual neuroscience. His program of study included an internship at the Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, with a focus on internal medicine. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Michigan's W.K. Kellogg eye care center in Ann Arbor. Prior to joining St. Luke's Cataract &amp Laser Insititute, Dr Scherer practiced at Florida and also at UPMC eye care center of Pittsburg, PA where he was a clinical assistant professor.
