He specializes in the surgical treatment of a range of conditions, including hernias, gallbladder disease, benign colonic issues, and various lumps and bumps. He is skilled in a range of surgical procedures, including complex hernia repairs and diverse abdominal surgeries. Biography: Daniel Butler, MD, FACS graduated from University of Indiana School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He completed residency from Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Butler is board certified in general surgery. Dr. Butler is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons and a member of Throckmorton Surgical Society, The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and American Trauma Society. He has practiced at Roosevelt Surgical Associates and for more than 25 years and served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 30 years.
