Biography: Percy Lo, MD, FACS, is an award-winning, board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Allure Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery in St. Petersburg, Florida. After graduation, he completed a General Surgery residency at Huron Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, Ohio.Dr. Lo then spent four years serving in the United States Air Force, where he was Chief of General Surgery at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. After attaining the rank of Major, he received an Honorable Discharge and then did a fellowship in Wound Healing and Reconstruction at Cooper University Hospital/UMDNJ in Camden, NJ.It was with this background that Dr. Lo was then accepted to the prestigious Plastic Surgery fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland, in association with Case Western Reserve University. There, he learned from some of the best and most respected Plastic Surgeons in the world.Dr. Lo continues to learn from leading experts by attending several conferences a year, both in-person and online. He is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine. Biography: Sean S. Quinonez, D.O. was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended the University of Utah where he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry. After this, Dr. Quinonez sought a medical education at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada. He now works and lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
