Biography: Scott S. Gordon, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. After graduating from New York Medical College in Valhalla with honors, he went on to complete an internship in general surgery and a residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Gordon has a wide variety of surgical experience with special interest in arthritis of the hand and wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome, joint implant arthroplasty and finger deformities. Dr. Hill is certified in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and cardiovascular disease. He has authored numerous publications and presentations at major cardiology conferences. Dr. Hill is an instructor at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He has led quality improvement initiatives on code blue response and simulation training during residency. Dr. Hill is an active clinical researcher in areas like transcatheter valves, LV support devices, and ablation.
