Biography: Dr. Matthew Motisi is an orthopedic surgeon who believes in providing an individualized approach and strives for continuity of care. His goal is for his patients to have a more personal and enjoyable experience during a period of hardship in their lives resulting from sports related injuries, trauma, or degenerative diseases. He focused his training on being able to provide up-to-date, first-class orthopedic care to his patients and community. Dr. Motisi provides comprehensive sports medicine and orthopedic care, with a special interest in the complete spectrum of care from joint preservation to joint reconstruction of the hip, knee, and shoulder. This includes advanced arthroscopic/minimally invasive treatments, arthroplasty, and fracture care. He performs the latest techniques including the direct anterior approach total hip replacement, robotic total and partial knee replacement and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. Dr. Motisi is a native to Plantation, Florida, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science and then he received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University, graduating at the top of his class. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Broward Health Medical Center, a busy Level 1 Trauma Center. During his time there, he received extensive training in all facets of orthopedic surgery including primary and complex joint reconstruction, as well as complex fracture care and surgery. During his final year of residency he was chosen as a Chief Resident and awarded Orthopedic Resident of the Year. After Residency, Dr. Motisi completed an additional year of fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Shoulder surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was also a team physician for several high school and collegiate sports teams in Chicago.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Montijo, MD is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and Total Hop and Knee Joint Replacement Specialist. Dr. Montijo has an extensive knowledge in the latest surgical techniques. Dr Montijo has advanced training in the latest techniques to manage arthritis, osteoporosis and spinal stenosis.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Chayet is board ceritified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He completed his fellowship training in Sports Medicine at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts in 1990. Dr. Chayet specializes in arthroscopy and sports medicine. Dr. Chayet is a sports enthusiast, regularly playing golf and basketball. He is involved in local high school sports, including serving as team physician for Nova High School. Dr. Chayet also served on the medical team for the New York City Marathon, the Boston Marathon, Olympic Soccer and the Red Clay Tennis Tournament.Dr. Chayet earned his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1978. He has a masters degree from Georgetown University and received his medical degree from the State University of New York, Downstate College of Medicine. Dr. Chayet completed his orthopaedic residency at S.U.N.Y. Downstate Medical Center in June 1989.
