Biography: Alvin Ngan, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He specializes in total ankle replacement, foot and ankle deformity, reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic ankle surgery, and foot and ankle trauma surgery. Dr. Pham's philosophy of health care is based upon an inherent respect for all human life. Dr. Pham has served as a volunteer translator and physician at the Vietnamese Immigrant Health Clinic in St. Louis, Missouri, and also as a translator at Harborview Medical Clinic in Seattle. In his leisure time, Dr. Pham enjoys racquet sports and computers, and is involved in his local church.

Biography: Eileen Bailey, MD, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who enjoys caring for medically complex patients of all ages, with special medical interest in women's health. Her areas of expertise include general internal medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, women's health, cardiology and treatment of anxiety and depression. A concierge medicine physician, Dr. Bailey loves meeting new people and building strong bonds with her patients. She does this by finding common connections, and ensuring that her patients feel listened to, understood and cared for. Achieving positive outcomes for formerly ill patients and getting them back to their lives makes her feel wonderful.When not busy practicing medicine, Dr. Bailey enjoys hiking, skiing and gardening.
