He came back to Honolulu for his residency and was then stationed at Bassett Army Hospital in Fairbanks, AK. Leaving the cold north, he headed to Crystal River, FL in 1992 where he established his private practice. A husband, father to two beautiful children and grandfather to an awesome grandson, Dr. Bendowski enjoys skiing (snow and water), boating, cycling and running.
